For churches · The Hood Shepherding Workshop

Invite your people.

Your people want to love their neighbors. Most of them don't know where to start. On Dec. 5 they get a field guide to their own street and a day with people who live on streets like theirs. You can use any of this to invite them.

Print it in the bulletin or on a sign by the door. It opens the registration page. Use the SVG if you're printing it large.

3A slide for the announcements

One verse, the date and the place, and the QR code in the corner. Both are 1920 by 1080. Use whichever matches your slides.

4From the front

Read it before or after the service. It takes about a minute.

Most of us know our neighbors' names, maybe their dogs' names. We don't know much else, and nobody ever showed us how to start.

On Saturday, Dec. 5, the Hood Shepherding Workshop meets at Downtown Hope in Annapolis. You sign up with your home address, and when you get there, a field guide to your street is waiting for you. You spend the day with people who live on streets like yours, and you go home with a first step.

It runs from 8:30 to 3:45, and lunch is on us. To save a seat, scan the code on the screen or go to thehoodshepherd.com/workshop. If money is tight, email Aaron at the address on that page. You'll still have a seat.
